Our client requires a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide remote and onsite server support, liaise with clients via the telephone to troubleshoot any hardware issues and provide crucial support for Windows-based platforms.

Essential requirements:

• Windows desktop & application support
• Tablet and mobile device support
• Network troubleshooting
• Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365 skills
• Microsoft Group Policy
• Understanding Microsoft Azure AD Sync and Azure AD Connect
• Understanding of Veeam Backup & Replication
