1st Line IT Support – Altrincham – Up to £25k
On behalf of our growing client based in Altrincham, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic 1ST Line IT Support Technician. This role is primarily office-based as the front-line guys will need to go out on-site to clients at short notice and that needs to be coordinated from the office.
The job is 90/10 split in terms of remote/onsite support, so preference will be given to those candidates who can drive and have their own vehicle.
The 1ST Line IT Support will have the following:
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Windows 10 / 11
- Basic Networking
- Basic understanding of Active Directory.
- Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Good spoken and written English
- Confident phone manner
- Happy to work in a small team
