2nd Line Support x 2 – London – Up to £30k
Adria Solutions has an exciting opportunity for two talented 2nd Line Support to join our global client based in London. As 2nd Line Support you will provide technical support for our clients’ staff and customers.
The duties of 2nd Line Support will include:
- Providing effective diagnostic evaluation of customer’s needs.
- Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction
- Accurately document, track, and monitor a problem
- Occasionally deliver technical training to staff and customers via telephone
- Communicate with management to notify them of frequently reported issues and repeated activity and suggest improvements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy skills, with software knowledge, internet protocols, and applications
- Previous experience in a technical support environment
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent Telephone manners and organisational skills
