3rd Line Support – Stockport – Circa £40,000
On behalf of our growing client based in Stockport, we are recruiting for a talented 3rd Line Support. As 3rd Line Support, you will be responsible for all technical and administrative aspects of the group's IT in partnership with a managed service provider.
The 3rd Line Support will be responsible for:
- Design, implementation, delivery and maintenance of infrastructure strategy and model to improve systems availability, performance, incident frequency and reduce cost
- Maintain high availability of services through pro-active support
- Implementation and maintenance of effective working practices and procedures
- Ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality services
- Provide comprehensive and highly technical consulting to the business
- Provide and maintain an up-to-date inventory and configuration for all operational infrastructures, hardware, software, and software licenses including warranty information
The 3rd Line Support will have the following:
- Technical Design & Architecture in areas of any expertise e.g., Networks, AWS, etc.
- The Technology Stack you will be familiar with: AWS, Cisco, Dell, Windows Server, Linux Server, Mac, Windows 10, Meraki, Microsoft365, MPLS, etc.
