3rd Line Technical Team Lead – Circa £55K
Our client based near Manchester is currently looking for a skilled 3rd Line Technical Team Lead.
You will be working for a growing organisation that will offer career progression and training.
- Direct management of 4 x 3rd line engineers
- Team work-load is a mixture of;
- Internal Projects e.g. Upgrading to Microsoft Intune
- Security Remediation e.g. Decommissioning legacy systems
- Business Projects e.g. New Site/Client Site design and deployment
- Supporting and Educating 1st and 2nd line on Service Desk escalations
- Working with and supporting Internal Technical Teams, e.g. Development, Data, BA, etc
- Supplier Management (technical) with IT Support Partners, Data Centre, Network, Connectivity, etc.
- Technical Design & Architecture in areas of any expertise e.g. Networks, AWS, etc
- The Technology Stack you will be familiar with: AWS, Cisco, Dell, Windows Server, Linux Server, Mac, Windows 10, Meraki, Microsoft365, MPLS, etc.
To be successful in this position you will be a great small-team motivator able to support a team with their workload. You will have excellent communication skills who can bridge the gap between IT and the Business.
