Administrator – Manchester - £20k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for two Administrators. As Administrator, you will assist the sales and processing teams with mortgages and secured loan applications whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy during any data entry tasks.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Obtaining “decision in principle” outcomes using lender online systems for a mortgage and secured loan applications
- Responsible for compiling mortgage and secured loan packs before issuing to customers
- Sending application packs to customers via company App, email or post
- Maintaining customer contact via App or calls until customers return application pack
- Running and validating customer credit reports
- Updating spreadsheets with new business received
- Comply with Terms and Conditions of Employment and all other Company policies
The Administrator will have the following:

- Organisational abilities and ability to multi-task
