Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a skilled Delivery Manager. You will be looking for a growing Financial Technology company that is looking to enhance their customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities of the Delivery Manager:

Have a good working knowledge of Agile delivery processes

Guide, motivate and coach the team(s) in the regular, iterative delivery of features

Work closely with Project managers to identify and manage inter-dependencies

Maintain adherence to agile principles and processes
-
Facilitate communication in and out of the delivery team(s)

Takes ownership of your work, your skills, and your career progression

Be someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys working on complex projects
Evolve the Delivery Process:

Maintain adherence to agile processes

Ensure adherence to agile principles
-
Facilitation of ceremonies

Evolve agile ways of working with new tools and techniques

Keep abreast of advancements in Agile delivery
Essential Criteria:

Experience of delivering in an agile environment

Strong facilitation skills

Ability to guide, motivate and influence the delivery team

Be self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst remaining organized and methodical
