Application Support Analyst - Cheshire
On behalf of our growing client based in Cheshire, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Application Support Analyst. As an Application Support Analyst, you will support the day-to-day running of our clients’ back-office applications.
The Application Support EAnalystwill be responsible for:
- Provide 2nd line support for the company’s suite of applications
- Liaise with frontline support
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to become proficient with our applications and the business
- Identify issues requiring escalation using database analytic skills (SQL) and possibly the analysis of source code
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and update them based on SLAs
The Application Support Analyst will have the following:
- Practical understanding of development processes, including change and release management
- T-SQL and SQL Experience
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technical skills
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
- Display an ability to diagnose issues in complex software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams
