Business Analyst / Delivery Lead – Manchester.
Our client, based in Manchester, is currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Delivery Lead. You will be working for a growing Financial Technology company that is looking to enhance its customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities of the Business Analyst / Delivery Lead:
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Guide, motivate, and coach the team(s) in the regular, iterative delivery of features
- Work closely with Project managers to identify and manage inter-dependencies
- Maintain adherence to agile principles and processes
- Facilitate communication in and out of the delivery team(s)
- Takes ownership of your work, your skills, and your career progression
- Be someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys working on complex projects
- Writing User Stories
- Extensive experience with Agile techniques such as User Story Mapping, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, TDD, and Automated Testing.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience in delivering in an agile environment
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to guide, motivate, and influence the delivery team
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst remaining organized and methodical
