Our client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Technical Team Lead to manage and actively contribute to a skilled team of software developers. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team, actively participating in coding.
- Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET, WPF, and telephony technologies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and testing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and stay updated on emerging trends.
- Manage projects, set team goals, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in C#/.NET development, with team leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and software design skills.
- Excellent communication, with experience in Agile and version control (e.g., Git).
- Desirable: Cloud platforms, CRM systems, and telecom protocols.
