Case Manager – Manchester - £28k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for two Case Managers. As Case Manager, you will process mortgage applications on behalf customers in a timely and efficient manner.
The Case Manager will be responsible for:
- Responsible for processing 1st or 2nd charge mortgage applications from start to finish within agreed timescales. To liaise with customers, lenders, solicitors, and various third-party organisations regarding the application.
- To review application documents to ensure that they meet lender criteria.
- To conduct a full Welcome Call with the customer within agreed timescales.
- To obtain and correctly assess additional information from the customer or various third-party organisations
- To monitor the progress of the application through to completion, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently so that the case completes in the quickest possible time.
- Manage a pipeline of customers to a high standard, ensuring regular contact is made with the customer and workload is prioritised accordingly.
