Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and document change requests for technology systems and applications
- Perform risk and impact assessments for proposed changes
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Track and report testing progress, documenting outcomes and managing issue resolution
- Keep comprehensive records of change management and QA activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with development teams, business users, and stakeholders
- Support and train colleagues in change management and QA best practices
What You'll Bring:
- A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset
- Experience in change management and/or software quality assurance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry QA standards and change control processes
