Change Development Manager – Remote Working – Circa £60k
On behalf of our growing client, we are recruiting for an experienced Change Development Manager. As Change Development Manager, you will support the Business Change Process in the development of emerging Change Projects. As part of the PMO team, you could potentially lead projects or provide support to the project to deliver to time/cost/quality as set out in the project initiation documentation.
The Change Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage the portfolio of new Change items
- Work with business stakeholders to establish, objectives, deliverables, and budgets for new Change items
- Assist in the production and validation of business case and Project Initiation documents for new Change item
- Ensure that Change Process and Project documentation are maintained, and standards are adhered to.
- Produce regular status reports and provide written and in-person updates to Key Stakeholders and Governance groups.
- When required lead change projects end to end or support the lead PM to deliver change projects
The Change Development Manager will have the following:
- Demonstrable Project Management experience
- Demonstrable Business Analyst experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
- Experience in creating/documenting Change proposals and drafting supporting business cases.
- Experience in business/data analysis and process design.
