Contracts Processing Administrator – Manchester - £24k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a Contracts Processing Administrator. As Contracts Processing Administrator you will assist in the accurate submission, monitoring, and recording of SME contracts submitted through our client.
The Contracts Processing Administrator will be responsible for:
- Submit all contracts from the contract sales/accounts team and our sub-brokers to the relevant supplier.
- Must keep up to date with all supplier status reports post-contract submission.
- Any issues raised by a supplier that prevents the contract from going live must be managed, reported back to the sales advisor/broker and resolved.
- Must keep a ‘live’ report of all SME contract submissions and provide this to finance once a month.
The Contracts Processing Administrator will have the following:
- Time management and good computer and communication skills.
- Understanding of the need for security compliance
- Experience in the Energy/Brokerage industry is essential.
