CRM Manager - Manchester
Our client based near Manchester is currently searching for a passionate and skilled CRM Manager. This is a new position that you can really make your own and is integral to the rollout of our client's new CRM system. Working with the Head of Marketing you’ll be given the support, responsibility, and autonomy to thrive, giving you the opportunity to grow within a global company.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, deliver, manage, and report on CRM strategies across the company.
- Help manage all customer communication journeys including transactional, engagement, and automation.
- Create customer segmentation using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Manage the build, scheduling, and sending of all customer email activities.
- Drive the customer acquisition and communication strategy by turning data analysis into actionable insights to inform content automation strategies.
- Managing and developing the testing and optimisation plans
- Report: Metrics, and analysis on ROI across all platforms
- Planning and developing innovative and targeted nurturing campaigns that drive sales opportunities within our customer base.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar CRM role
- Expert understanding of email marketing and a strong desire to work across multiple customer marketing channels.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Power Bi, and other analytical platforms.
