Digital Marketing / CRM Manager

They're seeking a highly organised, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing / CRM Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Lead to execute the company's sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise CRM activities (Active Campaign) to boost engagement and conversions.
- Develop compelling, insight-driven email campaigns.
- Analyse user behaviour and recommend improvements for increased sales.
- Drive growth through digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, remarketing).
- Optimise the website for better user experience and conversions.
- Oversee potential new website management.
- Integrate platforms (Zapier, Meet Alfred, etc.) to streamline processes.
- Report weekly on digital marketing activities against KPIs and targets.
Person Specification:
- Results-focused with proven digital marketing experience, particularly in SEO, CRM, and email campaigns.
- Creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and craft engaging campaigns.
- Skilled in WordPress, website development, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and project management, ideally across various sectors.
