Responsibilities:
You’ll take full ownership of the CRM marketing calendar, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push channels. You'll use testing and data insight to continually improve performance and ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.
- Own and manage the CRM marketing calendar to drive customer engagement and hit KPIs
- Generate new content ideas and align campaigns with wider marketing plans
- Deliver campaigns from brief to build, working closely with copy and design
- Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to optimise performance
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate product communication
- Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR compliance requirements
- Champion CRM best practice and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience:
We're looking for someone with a great mix of creativity, commercial thinking, and attention to detail. You’ll likely have:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign delivery
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
- A data-led approach to marketing with proven analytical skills
- Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (email, push)
- Basic HTML knowledge for email editing
- Familiarity with Blueshift CRM is a big plus
