Customer Insights Executive – Stockport - £27K
We are looking for an experienced Customer Insights Executive to join our digital client in Stockport. As a Customer Insights Executive, you will be providing “level 2” system support for payroll and accounting clients, Implementation, and configuration support at client sites, as well as taking responsibility for internal staff training and technical content creation.
The Ideal Customer Insights Executive will:
- Dealing with complex technical payroll and accounting queries from clients
- Being an internal expert in complex payroll matters relating to temporary employment
- Supporting the Customer success manager in creating varied and engaging content by using their ability to take complex technical information and transform it into user friendly mediums for both internal staff training and customer support purposes.
- Assisting client implementations including business analysis, data migration and training.
