Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee setup processes, technical implementation, and card activations.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain and enhance onboarding documentation and resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years in customer-facing roles like onboarding or IT support.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, service management systems, and Office 365.
