Customer Technical Support – Up to £30k - Manchester
Adria Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Technical Support to join a well-established company based in Manchester. You will be joining at a critical time as they are experiencing rapid expansion, therefore you will play a vital part in their success.
As Customer Technical Support you will be responsible for building client system Integrations, conducting site surveys and trouble shooting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Firewalls/Active Directory
- Terminal Services
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Project Management Experience / Trello
- Some AWS experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
