Data Analyst - Manchester - Circa £45 - £55K

On behalf of our market leading client, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst near Manchester. You will The Data Analyst is responsible to serve as the primary data knowledge, commercial performance and insight analyst for the company as a whole. This role is fundamental to the business in designing, developing and maintaining the core billing system and requires strong project management skills and commercial awareness.
The skills and responsibilities for a Data Analyst are:
- Design and project management of billing infrastructure with the objective of automating all aspects of billing.
- Integration of commercial data with Microsoft Power BI and producing reporting packs and insights from this.
- Automation of supplier commission calculation process and integration of new products as they come online.
- Integration of existing CRM system data with commercial revenues in Power BI to support forecast pipeline reporting.
- Demonstrable strong theoretical understanding of data models and their application.
- Microsoft Power BI and excel – advanced level user.Good working knowledge of SQL.
- Project management experience with IT, finance and commercial stakeholders.
- Previous experience of recognising and actioning commercial opportunities essential.
