Delivery Manager – Manchester
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Delivery Manager. As Delivery Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that the delivery of technology services meets the needs of the business in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Guide, motivate, and coach the team(s) in the regular, iterative delivery of features
- Work closely with Project managers to identify and manage inter-dependencies
- Maintain adherence to agile principles and processes
- Facilitate communication in and out of the delivery team(s)
- Takes ownership of your work, your skills, and your career progression
The Delivery Manager will have the following:
- Experience in delivering in an agile environment
- Have a good working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to guide, motivate and influence the delivery team
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst remaining organized and methodical
- Be someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys working on complex projects
