Digital Account Manager – Hybrid Working – Up to £35k
On behalf of our growing clients based in Stockport, we are recruiting for a Digital Account Manager. As Digital Account Manager, you will work across multi-channel media campaigns, incorporating digital and performance strategies to ensure integration.
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Identify and create sales opportunities within the client base
- Effectively build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships at a high level
- Generate new business by means of using an existing network, prospecting and client networks, in conjunction with the client's marketing activities.
- Continually update and develop product and market knowledge
- To deliver annual review meetings for clients.
- Delivering a high level of client care includes taking ownership of day-to-day relationship management and service queries, liaising with the appropriate areas of the business to resolve and, if appropriate, communicating back to third parties.
- Present to clients, and lead calls and meetings as appropriate
- Continuously recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans
The Digital Account Manager will have the following:
- Experience in a similar role within the digital marketing/media agency
- A natural ability to build customer rapport
- Previous experience as an Account Manager within a digital media agency
- Good team leadership skills
- Strong commerciality and the ability to complete accurate reporting/analysis
- An innovative way of working
- Passion for digital marketing
- A proven ability to develop and secure business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, (oral and written)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
