Head of Product Insight & Innovation
We’re looking for a Head of Product Insight & Innovation - someone who’s passionate about understanding customers, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into products that make a real impact.
This role is about curiosity, creativity, and commercial thinking - not managing Agile teams. You’ll be out meeting clients, attending roadshows, and gathering insights that help shape our product vision and roadmap.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the voice of the customer - engaging directly with clients, users, and partners to uncover needs and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and conferences to stay close to market trends and customer sentiment.
- Translate insights and feedback into clear product concepts and commercial opportunities for the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technology, leadership) to ensure market insight drives product direction.
- Identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and unmet customer needs that could fuel innovation.
- Communicate new ideas, product visions, and opportunities across the organisation to align teams and inspire action.
