Head of Technical Delivery – Hybrid/Manchester - Up to £70k
Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for an experienced Head of Technical Delivery.
The Head of Technical Delivery will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for designing and delivering the best IT experience for the end-user, from the pre-boarding to the onboarding of your colleagues, as well as their in-life support.
Ideally, you will use the ITIL framework, but also be keen to learn, experiment, and adapt it to deliver the best possible support to the end-user, while additionally driving your service desk team to offer a premium user experience, both onsite and remotely.
You will be a key member of the technical team, helping to define the support model and the operational processes of any new systems developed, as well as managing any escalations linked to them. You will also be part of the Major Incident Management team, where you would own the incident management resolution process during a major incident, until the restoration of the service.

- Relevant IT qualifications desired:
- Microsoft Associate or above certification.
- CCNA or above networking certification.
- AWS, GCP or other cloud based certification.
- ITIL, PRINCE or other relevant certification.
- A desire to continually learn and develop with the ever growing technological landscape in IT.
- Strong knowledge of networking; TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Switching, Wireless etc.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems; Windows Desktops, Windows Server
