Head of Technical Delivery – Hybrid Working – Up to £70k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for an experienced Head of Internal Technical Delivery. As Head of Internal Technical Delivery within the business ensuring it is delivered within the set company and customer expectations.
The Head of Internal Technical Delivery will be responsible for:
- To work with the Technical Director in creating and delivering the annual technical strategy
- To ensure the day-to-day ticket handling processes are relevant and are focused on the SLA framework alongside a thorough resolution and good customer communication.
- To effectively manage the Help Desk Manager ensuring the day-to-day delivery meets the company Service Level Agreements and technical expectations.
- To effectively manage the Help Desk Team ensuring competency across all strategic objectives set.
- To take accountability for the productivity of individual Help Desk staff members ensuring all set activity and technical measurements are achieved.
- To take accountability for customer complaints ensuring that once resolved the internal technical team is trained to ensure issues don’t reoccur.
- To be accountable for the adherence to all security measures within the technical delivery in conjunction with the Technical Director.
The Head of Internal Technical Delivery will have the following:
- Previous Senior Technical Experience
- Previous management experience
- Experience in leading a service desk or environment
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+ or other Certification
- Cisco CCT, CCNA or Higher Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader or Master Level Certification
- Microsoft Fundamentals, Associate or Expert Level Certification
- Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician or higher or equivalent IT qualifications
- The ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team
