Helpdesk Analyst – Stockport – Up to £25k DOE
On behalf of our well-established client based in Stockport, we are currently recruiting for an IT Support professional. As a helpdesk analyst, you will be the first point of contact for calls into the business with problems/queries.
As a helpdesk analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Resolving any queries at 1st line level and escalating issues/queries to 2nd line where needed
- Creating users, allocating/dealing with tickets
- Providing desktop, hardware, and network support
- Supporting active directory and Office 365
As a helpdesk analyst, you will have the following skills and/or experience:
- At least 1 year’s commercial experience working at 1st line level
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Have experience with networks, desktop support, and MS Office stack
- Have experience in providing telephony support
