HR Administrator – Bangor – Up to £27k
On behalf of our market-leading client based in Bangor, we are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator. As HR Administrator you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for global positions, as well be heavily involved in performance and learning management, onboarding, policy implementation and facilitating and conducting training.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Acts as a liaison between cross-functional teams to execute routine HR duties, including coordinating meetings, creating offer letters, updating employee records in our HR system, etc.
- Completes digital filing and organization.
- Sources, interviews, and hires internal and external candidates to fill job vacancies for positions worldwide.
- Assists with employee inquiries on all leave of absence and related.
- Assists with maintaining employee data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Maintains and updates the internal HR Records System, Ceridian Dayforce.
The HR Administrator will have the following:
- At least 1 years of experience in a relatable role
- Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred or other HR System.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information, communicate with and respond to questions from employees and management, and write reports and business correspondence.
- Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
- Must have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and exercise sound judgment.
