Responsibilities:

• Workflow Design and Implementation: Create and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize project operations.
• SQL Views/Functions: Develop and manage SQL views and functions to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Automation and Macros: Design and configure letter setups and macros for improved productivity.
• Data Management: Utilize data import routines for assets, contacts, and other essential data sets.
• Discovery and Analysis: Participate in module-based discovery and analysis meetings to drive project insights.
• System Configuration: Set up and configure systems based on project requirements.
• Training: Conduct key user and end-user training sessions, accompanied by comprehensive documentation.
• Project Control: Monitor and control project timelines, issues, risks, and expenses.
• Timesheet Management: Oversee timesheet control and update project control documents.
• Planning: Maintain a project workload diary to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaboration: Attend project and discovery meetings as requested by project managers or coordinators to provide valuable input.
• Software Installation: Install and configure software applications.
• Helpdesk Support: Provide one day a week of support to our helpdesk team.
• Go-Live Support: Assist in go-live activities to ensure a seamless transition.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive installation documentation to support project rollouts.
• Customer Communication: Engage in effective written and verbal communication with clients.
• Progress Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to the project team and keep the line manager informed of assigned actions.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Troubleshooting: Offer technical troubleshooting support as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• T-SQL and SQL Server
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs.
