Implementations Support Analyst
Our client based in Sheffieldis currently looking for an Implementations Support Analyst. You will be supporting the Implementation Manager in day-to-day activities in addition to supporting API and Partner integrations and supporting customers internally and externally on new business onboarding.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage Implementation setup portal
- Review new requests merge and push live within agreed SLAs
- Overall organisation of the setup portal
- Manage the implementation support queue on Zendesk to assist the internal support team and customers.
- Attend internal and external implementation calls to support Implementation Manager where required.
- Keep customers up to date on each stage of the customer onboarding process.
- Practice a basic understanding of API integrations and continue to upskill your knowledge
- Make recommendations for improvements to processes and software.
