IT Field Service Engineer
Our client based in the South West is currently looking for an experienced IT Field Service Engineer.
You will be based in our client's Bristol office providing field-based service across the Bristol and South West areas.
You will be installing, upgrading, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the complete scope of equipment and configuration scenarios.
Responsibility:
- Understand ownership and take responsibility.
- Be proactive, flexible, and forward-thinking; actively seeking new opportunities and ways to meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Be driven and eager to achieve and take on challenges.
- Generate solutions that are effective, efficient, and practical.
- Maintain excellent organisational and communication skills.
Skills and experience:
- Modern Workplace – full stack (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- On-prem exchange, 0365, and Azure
- Hyper-V and VMware
- Router / Firewall configuration
- Network install, config, and troubleshooting.
- Wireless technologies
- Microsoft Server 2012 onwards including build, config, and install.
- Microsoft Windows 7 onwards
- Mobile OS (Apple & Android)
