IT Recruitment Resourcer

The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:
- Sourcing relevant candidates for technical job opportunities
- Administration – including CV amendments, job advert creation
- Utilising social media outlets to maintain an online presence and connect with relevant candidate markets
- Utilising market knowledge to locate/headhunt the best candidates for the role.
- Work to KPIs set by the business to monitor overall performance
- Ensure the in-house CRM system is maintained and updated regularly
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks when required
The Recruitment Resourcer will have:
- Ideally come from a recruitment, office-based customer service role or account management background.
- Excellent communication skills and must be confident speaking on the phone as this will be a large part of your day.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail are important in this role.
- Accurate administration skills and good knowledge of MS Office and social media is needed.
