Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a high-performing IT Service Desk Manager. You'll drive exceptional service delivery, manage processes, and mentor a team of engineers and coordinators in Scunthorpe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop the team for exceptional customer service.
  2. Project & Process Delivery: Streamline operations, identify efficiencies, and ensure high-quality solutions.
  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, plan capacity, and manage budgets.
  4. KPI Management: Analyze performance, identify trends, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • IT experience (min. 3 years)
  • Strong team management
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bonus: Strong IT knowledge, Helpdesk experience, Microsoft expertise
