Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop the team for exceptional customer service.
- Project & Process Delivery: Streamline operations, identify efficiencies, and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, plan capacity, and manage budgets.
- KPI Management: Analyze performance, identify trends, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
- IT experience (min. 3 years)
- Strong team management

- Ability to work under pressure
