IT Service Manager - Manchester - £60K
Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working IT Service Manager to join our growing client in Manchester. As a IT Service Manager, you will operationally manage the provision of IT services for our client.
The duties of the IT Service Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Customer Management
- Define and measure service levels delivered to the business and ensure metrics are in place to measure on a monthly basis.
- Conducting regular Service Review meetings with customers to ensure support and service is reviewed.
- Service Level Management to customers and suppliers and report against performance.
- Developing and managing Continual Service Improvement Plans
- Resolve escalated service issues, to ensure minimal impact and risk to the customer's solutions.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in a Service Management position managing external customers.
- Experience of managing large third party partners.
- Experience of working with project teams to deliver effective Service Design & Transition
- Experience of reviewing and managing Service Level Agreements & contractual obligations.
- Has the ability to manage and co-ordinate complex environments with multiple parties
- Customer Management
