IT Support – Stockport – Up to £25k DOE
On behalf of our well-established client based in Stockport, we are currently recruiting for an IT Support professional. As IT Support you will be first point of contact for calls into the business with problems / queries.
As IT Support you will be responsible for:
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Resolving any queries at 1st line level and escalating issues / queries to 2nd line where needed
- Creating users, allocating / dealing with tickets
- Providing desktop, hardware, and network support
- Supporting active directory and office 365
As IT Support you will have the following skills and/or experience:
- At least 1 years’ commercial experience working at 1st line level
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
- Have experience of networks, desktop support and MS Office stack
- Have experience of providing telephony support
