Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing client based in South Manchester. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our clients’ information technology globally.
The duties of the IT Support Engineer will include:
- Install, configure, and manage a broad range of IT solutions and applications ensuring users have the correct access and permissions.
- Maintaining and logging all equipment in accordance with the asset register,
- Maintain IT security best practice
- Procurement of IT equipment in line with business needs including laptops, monitors, and periphery items.
- Efficiently delivering IT support to set up new employees and colleagues remotely
- Diagnose and troubleshoot support requests, remotely diagnosing, and repairing of Laptops and associated company equipment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong support engineer experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the desktop setup and networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to be flexible to offer global support
