IT Support Technician
On behalf of our industry-leading client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented IT Support Technician. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide support for all staff about technology-related requests, issues, and incidents.
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for:
- Proactively maintain the desktop, telephony, and application infrastructure so that it is supported, and failures minimised.
- Log, analyse, triage, and prioritise all IT Incidents, Problems, and Changes received via all communication channels in the team.
- Ensure that systems/applications/services in their own area run and meet business Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Analyse Incident, Problem, and Change data to identify the underlying causes and propose resolutions via Service Improvement Plans.
- Ensure that the team processes and procedures are kept up-to-date and followed by team members.
The IT Support Technician will have the following:
- Troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory, Windows 365, Azure, Sharepoint
- Service desk/issue logging tools
- MS Office suite
- MS Windows server
