IT Systems Administrator - Manchester
Our client is a leading UK business providing services for global fintechs and SME Lending solutions. They offer various services, including real-time multi-currency payments, accounts, acquiring, open banking, and FX solutions. Over 200 fintech companies rely on their services to support more than 10 million end customers across the UK and Europe.
Role Overview:
Our client seeks a skilled IT Systems Administrator with experience in Salesforce, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), and M365. This role involves managing IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing IT support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administered and troubleshot Salesforce, Atlassian products, and M365.
- Develop Jira workflows, integrations, and approval processes.
- Manage user roles and permissions using SSO.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address IT needs.
- Implement IT security policies to protect data.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure system backups are in place and tested.
- - Participate in IT projects, including implementations and integrations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in system administration, especially with Salesforce and Atlassian platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organisational skills with a detailed approach to work.
- Sector experience is preferred but not essential.
