IT Systems & Project Manager – Ewloe – Up to £30k
On behalf of our client based in Ewloe, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic IT Systems & Project Manager. As IT Systems & Project Manager you will be responsible for driving IT change projects across the business whilst ensuring the smooth operation of existing business systems.
The IT Systems & Project Manager will be required to:
- Work with the external IT support to setup new computers and user logins and access for new members
- Administer the business CRM System and be the driving force for implementing improvements
- Working with the business’ payroll manager and our IT suppliers to resolve issues in the business’ payroll system and to assist in testing new payroll system developments.
- Leading the business’ cloud migration strategy, which may include working with the Management Team, being the technical resource for the business’ management team to understand the business’ requirements, provide recommendations and translate technical solutions into practical options for business change.
- Testing new software and working with users to ensure that any new software meets business requirements.
- Identifying the best timeframe to implement new software whilst considering the risks and impacts of implementation.
The ideal IT Systems & Project Manager will have:
- Strong experience of working on IT/Business Change projects in either a lead or key supporting role.
- Experience working on an IT service desk
- Experience working with CRM systems to facilitate automation and workflows.
- Experience of working on a cloud migration project is desirable.
- Experience working on a new system implementation project is desirable.
