Lead Developer – Manchester/Remote – Up to £60k
On behalf of our rapidly growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for an experienced Lead Developer. As Lead Developer, you will work collaboratively to define and develop new and existing software features, coordinating with the Product Owner to identify technical solutions and acceptance criteria.
The Lead Developer will have the following:
- Experience leading, mentoring, coaching and line managing developers
- Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile team
- C#, .Net, MVC
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Hands-on development of the software
- Delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Willingness to learn new languages, technologies, and tools
