MI Administrator - Warrington

Our client based in Warrington, Cheshire is currently looking for a skilled MI Administrator. As an MI Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing, analysing, and interpreting data files to support data processing and analysis. If you possess advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Office 365, and exceptional communication abilities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas, to analyse and interpret data.
  • Manage and maintain incoming documents (Excel, CSV, PDF) and validate data for continuity and accuracy.
  • Correspond with clients via Global Inboxes, providing feedback on file issues.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on ongoing processes and challenges.
  • Prepare business data reports and MI for the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with data handling regulations, including GDPR, FCA, SRA, and ISO 27001.


  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server is desirable but not essential.
