.Net Developer – Remote Working - £45k
On behalf of our growing client based in Stockport, we are recruiting for a skilled .Net Developer. As a .Net Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software using the .Net Framework and SQL Server to produce data-driven web-based solutions for key stakeholders.
The .Net Developer will be responsible for:
- To assure that code produced is of the highest standard with the lowest failure rate possible for the work package parameters provided
- To maintain, monitor and where applicable improve the performance of existing software systems correcting software defects when applicable
- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
- Clearly and regularly communicate with key stakeholders to refine expectations, feedback ideas and clarify requirements
- Accurately assess and estimate for any given specification the personal development effort required to complete that job
- Develop into existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification
The .Net Developer will have the following:
- Proven track record of using ASP.NET (MVC, VB.NET / C# .NET Framework v2, v3.5 & v4) within a commercial environment
- Commercial client-side programming experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery & AJAX.
- Good understanding of user interface design Web Services / WebAPI experience
- Demonstrable commercial experience in SQL Server/TSQL
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
