Technical Lead Developer– Manchester

On behalf of our growing client, we are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Developer. As Technical Lead Developer, you will develop, articulate, and continually evolve the company’s strategic technical direction and drive profitable business growth using multi-channel technical solutions.
The Technical Lead Developer will be required to:
- .NET or Java or Python or Go experience (the company is currently .NET but moving to Go / Java in the next 6 months.)
- Strong Engineering best practices including TDD
- Scoping, research, plan, procure, co-ordinate and execute technical solutions to deliver against business objectives.
- Making sure that all technical solutions are built with security and regulatory requirements in mind (e.g. PCI compliance, GDPR, FCA, ICO) making sure there is no consumer detriment or reputational risk.
- Manage all relationships with external firms that provide technical solutions
- Ensuring that all technical solutions are future proof, consumer focused and built in collaboration with the wider management team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to broaden or improve the consumer proposition / journey.
