Network Specialist

As a member of the Managed Networks function, you will play a crucial role in delivering 2nd/3rd line technical support for our Managed Network product range. Specializing in WiFi and networking technologies, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team working towards providing effective, timely, and high-quality services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of top-notch technical support to Enterprise customers.
- Ensure the operation and assurance of all Managed Network products and services in alignment with KPIs & SLAs.
- Collaborate with other teams for the seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Work closely with Network and Operational leads to identify development opportunities and foster a highly efficient, engaged, and motivated team.
Requirements:
- Professional work ethic with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Aptitude to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with a managed service provider in a skilled engineering position.
- Proficient in complex Networking and WiFi concepts, with experience in non-Cisco networking technologies.
- Proven customer-facing experience with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong documentation skills.
