My client seeks a commercially savvy Optimisation Manager to enhance spend penetration among Issuing Customers. The role focuses on identifying and implementing opportunities that streamline processes, increase ROI, and accelerate revenue growth for clients and the company. This position is critical in aligning their products with customer needs and delivering a valuable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and act on opportunities for portfolio enhancement and optimisation using data insights.
- Develop and present proposals, translating identified opportunities into actionable strategies.
- Plan and execute implementation strategies, ensuring client and company benefits.
- Analyse trends in merchant behaviour, spending, card activation, and dormancy to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a history of driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in Commercial Cards, particularly within B2B and Travel sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering deep client relationships.
- Self-motivated, achievement-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
