Paid Media Manager – Manchester
As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy by planning, developing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various channels. This hands-on role will require you to create innovative, consumer-focused campaigns, continuously explore new opportunities, and deliver measurable results that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, and paid social campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal design and PR teams to ensure maximum campaign efficiency.
- Test and refine creative assets, targeting strategies, and landing pages to drive top-tier results.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and a deep understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.
- Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused management information (MI).
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Desirable Criteria:
- Degree educated.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience running financial services campaigns.
