Penetration Tester – Remote – Up to £55k

Adria solutions Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for four penetration testers to join a global organisation on a remote basis.
The duties of penetration tester will include but not be limited to:
- Performing a variety of security testing assignments
- Defining the scope for security testing assignments
- Managing complex multi-faceted security testing assignments
- Developing security test reports
- Following, maintaining, and improving the standard operation procedures (SOP)
- Working with clients to develop appropriate remediation plans
- Supporting senior members in the sale of security testing services
- Providing support in thought leadership and direction for the Information Security practice on malware, attack vectors and methods to protect against threats
- Supporting the team’s technical development, through service development or research, and contributing to company technical processes overall
- Coordinating and working together with colleagues in other lines of services in support of client needs for Information Security Services
The successful penetration tester will have the following skills and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working on vulnerability assessments and penetration tests focused on network, web and mobile applications
- Must have knowledge and/or experience with sales, scoping and client/project management and previous experience as technical leader of a team of penetration testers
- Must have experience in application and/or infrastructure penetration testing that is above and beyond running automated tools
- Must understand Linux, Windows and network security skills
- Must be familiar with test suites:
- Must be familiar with threat modelling and security design review methodologies
- Must have experience with physical security testing, phishing and social engineering techniques
- Must have experience developing custom scripts or tools used for vulnerability scanning and identification
- Must have experience in developing and/or reviewing source code in C/C++, VB.NET, ASP, PHP, or Java
