PMO Analyst – Hybrid Working – Up to £40k
On behalf of our well-established client based near Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented PMO Analyst. As PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and standardising the backend processes for the MC Tech project portfolio.
The PMO Analyst will be responsible for:
- Provide support to all MC Tech Leadership and develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to the project team and wider stakeholders.
- Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies.
- Prepare various reports to identify all health risks and coordinate with change and technical manager to facilitate all follow-up action.
- Perform regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Review and monitor all MC Tech projects programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for same.
- Assist inclosure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain a record of all MC Tech governance meetings.
- Maintain the Purchase Order and Invoicing process ensuring reporting, financial analysis are always up to date and all budget reports and forecasts are accurate.
The PMO Analyst will have the following:
- PMO Analyst experience in technical environments with transactional websites, platforms, back-end systems, and interfaces
- Exposure to the full PMO office activities.
- Team player able to work constructively with other project managers, business analysts, developers, suppliers, testers, business stakeholders and management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- Confidence, experience and knowledge to question stakeholders and delivery teams
