Product Content Writer – Manchester – Up to £45k

On behalf of our well-established client based near Manchester, we are looking for a talented Product Content Writer. As Product Content Writer, you will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to maintain a clear and accurate library of product and technical documentation that supports internal and external customers.
The Product Content Writer will be required to:
- Working with the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer to create a library of high quality and consistent documentation.
- Creating external facing developer documentation, including APIs and file formats, to make them easy to use. Co-ordinating the updates of documentation into our Developer portal.
- Working with Product team to create product release notes and absorb technical design documentation and working with the architecture, development, and product teams to create and manage Product Description documentation.
- Working with the broader Product and Support teams to identify gaps in documentation, creating a forward task list of prioritised deliverables.
- Work with the security team to collate external security questionnaire documentation.
