Product Delivery Manager – Hybrid Working – Up to £65k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Delivery Manager.
The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and shaping the delivery of the Road Map whilst consecutively maximising the resources and processes.
- Implementing and maintaining governance around the delivery framework whilst ensuring technical quality standards are followed throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Have end to end accountability for the successful delivery of the Product Road Map across the company portfolio whilst supporting the squads daily.
- Bringing passion to the technical teams whilst bringing the vision to life as well as maintaining expectations and relationships across the wider business.
The Product Delivery Manager will have the following:
- Proven experience in IT delivery leadership
- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt the way of working for optimal performance
- Technical expertise and knowledge of multiple frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple complex technical software development projects whilst adhering to strict timelines
- Ability to converse on a technical level with software development teams
- Confidence when presenting innovative ideas and updates
- Familiarity with task management systems such as Azure DevOps
- Proven track record of creating, delivering, monitoring, and optimizing the Product Roadmap.
- Knowledge and experience of using feedback software Prod Pad, Product Board. etc.
- Technical knowledge to allow briefing and understanding of development teams
